Project Management X470: An introduction to project management core concepts and tools. This course is the prerequisite for the other courses in the UC Berkeley Project Management Certificate Program.

Software Project Management X448.1: An overview of project management applied specifically to the problems encountered with software projects. This course is the foundation for the UC Berkeley Professional Sequence in Software Project Management.

PMP/CAPM Preparation Training: A hybrid course combining on-line and in-class instruction to prepare students to take the Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) examination. These class materials are for the in-class portion of the hybrid course.

Managing the Software Development Life Cycle: This course presents an overview of current lifecycle approaches to managing the development of a software product from inception to rollout. We contrast agile and plan-driven approaches, and provide guidelines for selecting and tailoring the most effective approach depending on the project and its context. The course is a requirement for the UC Berkeley Extension Professional Sequence in Software Project Management.
